Oh well...better late than never. Last week my mom went to a class to learn more about her new Sun Oven and it was taught my PreparednessPro. I spent a good chunk of last night reading her website and I am determined to take some of her classes. Check it out HERE.

I tried to reserve seats for our ward for the August workshop, but they don't do it until the end of this month. I thought it would be great if we could take a group to the "Underwhelmed by Food Storage" class. I'm glad you're always finding these great things and are sharing the info with the rest of us.
I saw that video last night at enrichment! Sounds like she has it all together! I am also sure that you could teach your own class!
