Help!!

Krissy cried when it was time to go to Primary on Sunday, Krissy cried when it was time to go to play group yesterday, Krissy cried today when we got to her school to drop her off...

We've got a bad case of separation anxiety brewing...

What to do??? I've been stressing all day, feeling completely at a loss. That's where the frustration comes in. I'm sure everything I have tried is completely wrong. That's where the guilt comes in. And...we leave for our trip 2 weeks from Friday! It may be just what the doctor would order, but it still makes me feel terrible. So, the best thing I can think of is just to give her more time away from me...any other suggestions out there? I can't be the only one. At least, I sure hope so...

Spring wedding

Friday morning I took these pictures at a wedding. (Can you believe another bride trusted me with her wedding???) Temple Square was absolutely beautiful...I am thinking it is time to take Kyle, the girls and my camera and head back up.

I just wanted to share these photos that I took the other day. Amber needed some headshots for her resume. It is always so refreshing to take pictures of someone who is actually holding still. I am pretty happy with how they turned out...and they don't even look a thing like the front room they were taken in. Thank goodness!

Yesterday Krissy and her friend Ashton got into my pens. I found Krissy with green fingers and immediately started to look around...certain I would find the ink on my couch or carpet. Whew...I was feeling relief until I saw sweet little Ashton's face...these photos are after the clean up. I couldn't help but laugh...until the thought crossed my mind that I would still have to take her home...

...it's no wonder the neighborhood kids love to come here...we feed 'em ink before we send them home...it proves there really is no limit to what you can create with your QuicKutz Silhouette Sketch Pens.

Elle's tiny two

Tonight we celebrated with this darling little girl. This had to be one of the cutest birthday parties I have ever been to...every detail was perfect (& oh, so tiny)...just what we would expect from her mom Michelle! Happy birthday little Elle!

We had such a great weekend...and somehow it all revolved around food. No wonder I liked it so much. It was so fun to fire up the BBQ. It's official...we've got Spring Fever!

He is here!

Last night we made a quick trip to Logan in time to welcome this special little guy. These photos were all taken within the hour after he was born. I am happy to report that Mom, Dad, & Koy are all doing well! Crazy...even though this is Hollie's fourth baby and the sixth grandchild in our family it feels as new, exciting and miraculous as did the first. We feel so blessed and thankful. Welcome little Koy. We love you already.
