Just found a link to this fun wheat grass tutorial from Michelle at The Creativity Room, who found it on Make and Takes. I was just talking to my baby sister about doing something like this for her wedding. Now I know what to do with that hard red winter wheat that I don't love to eat (I'll save my hard white wheat for bread)... There couldn't be anything more springy and fresh. Thanks M.

Wheat grass reminds me of working at Zuka Juice. We used to squeeze the juice out and people would drink it. It's disgusting BTW!
