A year ago I never, EVER, would have guessed this, but this grain mill has been at the top of my list for a while...Friday my DH (dear husband) surprised me with it. We spent Saturday morning grinding wheat and making whole wheat bread and cookies! Whole-wheat cookies??? I know...but trust me...they are divine! I will post the recipe soon!

BTW...the bread was AWESOME. Very yummy!
They ARE divine! I only got one of them. My family moved faster than me, I guess (well, in my defense, I was still feeling rather weak from being sick all week).
I am going to bring my 25 lb. bag of wheat and grind it at your house until I get my own. Way to go Kyle... again!
