Happy St. Patrick's Day

I love holidays & traditions. Green pancakes, green clothes,  & a green scavenger hunt. It is so fun to have a kid old enough to enjoy all of my old traditions. We also made some yummy Snickerdoodle cupcakes (recipe by Lisa Bearnson on pg. 74 in the QuicKutz cookbook for those who have it.)  We definitely had a fun-filled day. Kendall took a great nap so I did get in a few good hours of work too. Of course, we ended the day with coloring Easter eggs!? I guess there is no better way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day!

How fun! Your girls look so cute in their green outfits. And Krissy's shoes?!!! Those are so cute and funny and perfect for St. Patrick's day! I bet she just loves them and how they sparkle--so Krissy. I'd love to hear more about your St Patrick's day traditions. Did I see some baskets with green things in them? We really don't have any St Patrick's Day traditions around here. I feel like a dud and could use some ideas. Thanks for sharing those yummy cupcakes. I'm so glad to know where to find the recipe too now.

Hey! I did green pancakes too... and sang a song that my mom used to sing to me... until Paige told me that she didn't like my song :( Looks like you had a fun day!
