Loving every minute!

It has been so fun to watch the big girls love their baby sister.  They love to snuggle with her every morning and night.  Rush home from school to hold her.  They love to feed her and think it is so funny when we hear little sounds out of her.  I knew they would be great helpers, but I had no idea how much I would love to watch them love each other.  And then there is Kyle.  He is the perfect dad of girls.  He is so sweet and gentle...and actually likes to change the poopy diapers.  I'm always so grateful when he does.  I am feeling like one very lucky momma right about now.

Baby Brooklyn

On April 25 we welcomed Brooklyn Hollie Adams!  She was born at 9:28pm at American Fork Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and was 18.5" long.

She has been such a joy and a blessing to our family.  She is sleeping and eating well...and for the most part pretty content.  I get the idea she is just happy to be here.  What a little angel!  We are all in love.

It's great to be eight!

We took these pictures for Krissy's 8th birthday in a beautiful, flowering orchard.  I felt so lucky to get to use such a beautiful location.  And even more lucky to have these girls for my own!  I am so proud of Krissy.  She is so excited to turn 8 and get baptized.

Italy book

Thanks to a very generous offer from Shutterfly we will soon have a photo book of the trip we took to Italy 3 years ago.  I made it very quickly and didn't include any text, but I am very excited to have all of these photos bound together in a book.  It makes me want to go again...and again!

Shutterfly offers exclusive layouts and designs so you can make your book just the way you want.

Kendall's 5th birthday party

This year Kendall chose a Willy Wonka themed candy party!  We had so much fun planning and preparing.  We made Golden Ticket invitations and wrapped them in chocolate bars and delivered them to her friends and cousins.  We made candy necklaces, played pass the golden egg for a chance to roll the dice and go shopping at Kendall's candy store, opened presents and had cupcakes and mint chocolate chip ice cream.  We did a good job of filling everyone full of sugar, so we sent all the kids home with a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Kendall was so excited for her birthday this year.  It is so fun to watch her grow and develop.  Kyle ended up having to go out of town this day, but Krissy stepped right in as my right hand gal.  She helped me keep the party running efficiently.  She made me so proud.  I can't believe how big they are getting.  And they are such good kids.  I feel so blessed to have them!

Happy 5th birthday Kendall baby...Kenz, Kenny LouHou, Tiny Bubbles!

We love you so much!!

Sophie's 1st birthday party!

We had a fun time celebrating this little lady's 1st birthday.  Tiff put so many cute details together and Jorden cooked up some delicious pasta...just one of the benefits from serving a mission in Italy!  This year has just flown by.  She is such a sweet little thing with such a happy little spirit.

Happy birthday Sophie!  We sure love you!!
