brand new girl

Krissy has been wanting to cut bangs for a while now...last night Aunt Tiff granted her wish. Now...if you want to make Krissy's day the next time you see her tell her she looks different or that you don't recognize her.

Last night she kept looking in the mirror and said, "Mom, maybe my friends will think I am the new girl at church." I told her they might...but that they might still recognize her face. She quickly added, "Yeah...and my voice too." She is pretty excited about being a brand new girl. What a cutie!

Our sweet friends were sealed in the temple yesterday. What a blessing it is to know that our families can be together forever. Eric & Emily we are so excited for you guys! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your special day. Congrats.

Kendall at 2

- she is getting her molars and it isn't very fun for any of us

- she wants to be just like her big sis

- her current obsession is High School Musical (2 & 3)

- she loves it when she gets to ride in Krissy's car seat instead of her own

- she is a mommy' girl AND a daddy's girl

- she loves fruit snacks and usually begs for them before she has even had breakfast

- she loves green veggies and salad

- she loves to color...and not necessarily on paper

- she is very polite...saying please and thank you all the time

- she loves to play and actually likes going to Nursery

- even though we cut off her binkie months ago, she still sleeps with it in her hand

- she is an awesome sleeper

- she loves to pose for the camera...what a good girl!

- she weighs 21 lbs.

- she does the cutest thing with her mouth when she feels shy or special

- her most used phrases: "no, sis..." or "stop it sis"

- she has crazy curly hair...especially after a ride in her car seat

- she loves to be outside

- she is a daredevil...just look at her forehead...you will see the evidence

-she has lots of nicknames...Kens, Kendie, Kenny, Skippy, Kendie Kens

- she is such a blessing to our family

- she is healthy & happy

Thank you to our fun, crazy, generous, spontaneous, fun friends who introduced us to this wonderful restaurant...we will definitely eat here again soon! I am just so sad I didn't take a pic of the heavenly hazelnut gelato that I had for dessert...but I was so excited to dig in that I didn't even think one thing about it... next time...Kenny & Jer. {Oh, and thanks again!}

Boy were we excited to see this package show up on our doorstep! These dolls go everywhere with us right now...and I mean everywhere...the other day we were walking down the street and a cute neighbor girls put her hands over her mouth and said..."oh, that's from the magazine...". It was so cute...it made my day.

two years old...a fall in the front room (heaven only knows what happened) split open her forehead...it's now being held together with glue

Next March 11 will be spent sitting on the couch...wrapped in bubble wrap. Thank goodness we can still enjoy today! Happy birthday sweet Kendall! I love you.

Every time we have been to Europe we have stayed in the cheapest places...ugh. Not this time...we decided we could splurge a little since the first-class airfare was courtesy of Delta.
